On that album, Paul played most of the instruments and included members of his former band, Bass Line Dada. Paul was also a member and songwriter for the Bay Area band, Hoarhound whose other member Ari Fellows-Mannion went on to form Loretta Lynch with Val Esway (Ramona the Pest). The new album, Lacuna, will be produced by Mark Growden and is intended as a tribute to Paul's father who passed away in May of 2011.
