The 2023 Ramey Wine Cellars Rochioli Vineyard Chardonnay shines a bright straw-yellow color and opens with active aromas of citrus, peach fuzz, and a subtle floral lift. Nicely textured and beautifully balanced, it delivers a persistent core of ripe orchard fruit and lively citrus, while a pleasing mineral thread adds dimension and focus to its layered, refreshing finish. Pair it with Dungeness crab ravioli in a lemon-brown-butter sauce with a whisper of tarragon-a polished little California luxury that lets the wine's citrus energy, creamy texture, and mineral finish do all the talking.
