Use:
Oxcarbazepine is an antiepileptic drug, indicated for use as monotherapy or adjunctive therapy in the treatment of partial seizures in adults with epilepsy.
During initial 3 months of therapy, significant sodium depletion can occur and cause lethargy, nausea, vomiting, confusion, anorexia and even seizures.
Recommended For:
Monitoring anti-epileptic treatment.
