Check: 7\" X 3\'\' Stub: 3 5/8\" X 3\'\' Voucher: 2 3/8\" X 3\'\' Dual purpose voucher checks are used for accounts payable or hourly payroll. The standard stub is ideal for accounts payable because of its bold font and large writing areas. The stub includes areas for the following information: Date, To, For, Deposits, Amount This Check, Tax Deductible, and Balance. Each stub has the check number located at the top and an indicator box for tax deductible transactions. The middle voucher is detached and given with the written check to the hourly employee.
