This Performance Series 34 SL boasts trickle-down technology from the top-end 34 SL forks, using the tried-and-trued GRIP damper with an updated tune and internal floating piston, for quick setup and reliable performance. The 34 SL is a featherweight heavy-hitter, featuring a full-size 34mm chassis (not Step Cast), with a high-volume air spring and 120mm of travel, all in the weight class of an XC race fork. The 34 SL uses a new, generatively designed arch for a 17% increase in lateral stiffness over the 34 SC, with strategic cutouts, and a 7000-series alloy crown with a black anodized finish for reduced weight. FOX also increased bushing overlap in the 34 SL by 20mm compared to the 34 SC, for a smoother fork, especially at high speeds.
