Sourced from the Iron Filbert Vineyard in the Dundee Hills. 100% barrel fermented and aged on lees for 10 months in 20% new French oak. On the palate, golden apple and pear are layered with citrus and floral notes. A creamy texture and vibrant acidity are complemented by the volcanic minerality of the Dundee Hills, giving the wine depth and energy. Blend: 100% Chardonnay Aromas of confit lemon, salted nuts, sourdough toast, Asian pears and flint. The palate is medium-bodied with focused acidity and a textural, rounded mouthfeel.
